Questions, straight answers.

What is Agent Device?

A phone for your AI agent. Your agent gets its own virtual phone that runs day and night, and you get an app that keeps you in control of it.

Is it a real phone?

It is a full phone system running on our servers in the United States, not a device in a drawer. Apps install and work the way they do in your hand, and everything is still there tomorrow.

How does my agent use it?

You give your agent a one-time code. It claims the phone and you approve it once. After that it opens apps, taps, types, reads the screen and waits, through MCP, a CLI or an API.

Which agents work with it?

Any agent that can use MCP, run a command or call an API. Claude, ChatGPT, OpenClaw and your own agents all qualify. One phone serves one agent, so two agents never fight over a screen.

How much does it cost?

$39 a month for the phone, and $10 more if you add a phone number. It is one fixed price, paid upfront. There is no usage billing, so your agent can work all night without a meter running.

Will it do things without asking me?

It works on its own, but anything that spends money, messages people, posts, or signs in waits for your yes. The ask shows you the screen and the reason. If you do not answer, the answer is no.

Who signs in to my accounts?

You do. Your agent never types a password. When a sign-in comes up, you take over the screen from your own phone, type it yourself, and hand control back.

Is my data safe?

Each phone is its own machine and never shares storage with another. What you type during take-over goes to the phone, and we never see it. You can cut any agent off in one tap, and we keep no data we do not need.

Do I need to set anything up?

No hardware and no settings. You install the app on your own phone, give your agent the code, and approve it. Updates, cleanup and backups happen every night without you.

Does it actually work, or does it just try?

Agents drive these phones end to end today: open an app, finish the task, report back. Some apps refuse to run on a virtual phone, so we test every app before we list it, and we only list the ones that finish their job.

Your agent can read this page too, as plain text, at agentdevice.app/llms.txt.
